TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLV Portraits SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of State of North Carolina, United States.
